This sumbission form serves as a contract between Shay and Cannon Tew with Beloved Golden Retrievers and the submitter regarding the purchase of Bear, a male golden retriever puppy born March 20th, 2026.
The purchase price for Bear has been set at $1600. Delivery to SLC has been set for this Friday, May 22, 2026 for the price of $50. The total paid to Shay for his purchase is $1650.
Bear will have received his first two vaccinations, be microchipped, and have his adoption kit ready.
He is registerable through the AKC, and will have his microchip and vaccination information provided.
An adjuisted deposit of $100 will be made to hold Bear through Zelle. The record of this deposit will be confirmed through email after it is received. The remaining amount will be paid in cash to Shay upon delivery.
